Damaged Products
If your product arrives damaged, please contact our customer service team within 3 days of receiving the item. Provide clear photos of the damage, along with your order number, to help us process your request quickly. Based on the situation, we will guide you through the steps to receive a replacement or a refund.
Wrong Products
We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience if you receive an item different from what you ordered. Please notify us within 3 days of receiving the package, and include a photo of the incorrect product, your order confirmation, and any relevant details. We will arrange for the correct product to be shipped to you soon.
General Returns or Exchanges
• Products eligible for return or exchange must be in their original, unused condition with all packaging intact.
• Returns or exchange requests must be made within 3 days of receiving your order.
• Customized or personalized items are not eligible for return or exchange unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.
Shipping Costs
• For defective or incorrect items, Batik Ratu will cover the shipping costs for replacements or returns.
• For general exchanges or returns unrelated to defects or errors, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Processing Time
Once we receive your returned item and it passes inspection, we will process your refund or ship the replacement product within 5–7 business days.
